Statement and settlement figure not given

I am so frustrated, Direct axis is a trap and **** company. I had a loan with them and I have been sending e-mails requesting to settle the account and to receive my statement. They told me my account was handed over to MBD and when I contacted MBD they said the account is with DA, so I have been going back and forth for months now. Logged a complain with the Ombudsman already and they have logged my complain after I submitted all the required information. This loan blocks me in everything, can't get a house, can't rent just can't do nothing. I wish they can be competent and give me the settlement figure so that we can go our different ways.
