SSDD - Customer Service
Where is Customer Service when you try to settle your account?
Context: It took me a HelloPeter review to even evince a response from DirectAxis when - could you believe - I wanted to arrange to *pay* my debt and settle my affairs.
Now it is taking another review in the hope that their Customer Service et al confirms my account is closed, and I receive my paid-up letter.
It should be obvious that this company should have the funds for more Customer Service agents. One wonders why this is not the case.

To date my request for a Statement of Account has not been met, nor have you helped me thus far in any meaningful way to resolve this matter.
I'm taking this up with the NCR regardless, based on the reviews posted here I am not the only person affected by this business.
