Spousal Consent
RE: Loan Approved without spouses consent.
To whom it may concern:
My now ex-wife app**** for a loan with your company, which DA approved, whilst we were still married.
However on your application and your website it states: “Loan Agreement, Pre-Agreement Statement in terms of section 92 of the National Credit Act No. 34 of 2005” • If married in community of property, or by customary or tribal law your has given written consent for you to enter into this Agreement; I had no knowledge of this loan application at the time, nor did I give any written consent for her to enter this agreement, I will not be held liable if she defaults on her monthly payments. With that being said please provide proof of my written consent as per your requirement for the Pre-Agreement Statement. (See insert)
