SPAM EMAILS
I don't have a loan with DirectAxis but they have been harassing me with emails forever. There is no way you can unsubscribe from these emails as it seems they are sent form different individuals directly. I normally respond by sending a reply email saying "please remove me from your mailing list" but to no avail. I think they give certain individuals a mailing list and they get commission on every loan application. This is so irritating! Please stop emailing me!!! And from what I've read about complaints here, you send a standard response to all complaints.

Our scheduling process may cause you to receive one or two more letters in the post, but if you do get these, they'll be the very last. Emails and SMSs will stop from next week. We're sorry to see you go, but if you require our services in future, please keep us in mind.
