SPAM

Customer service is non existent. Logged a call beginning of December no response. Sent an email to complaints and surprisingly no response either. I took over a number a long time ago and i am getting spammed with SMS's and calls every day. They are looking for the previous guy who owned this number but the more you tell them you took over the number the more calls and sms's i get. i get 3-4 reminders to make payment every single day! ridiculous to say the least

They got back to me and said they removed me from the marketing stuff and it can take up to a month for it to stop so i am waiting it out at the moment. They load the marketing stuff in advance, I am sure they can search for me in their database and remove me but again i might be wrong....
