So called relief fund
Asked for relief and they opened another loan in my name without contacting me -been trying to get it sorted out for over 3 weeks now and they pushing the blame on me , been dealing with Samir Petersen whos barely trying to help me, and now all of a sudden on leave so my case stands now , then Leander Palivil who is absolutely useless , and has not got back to me in over 2 weeks . i have contacted there ***** dept and they also have not gotten back to me .Also contacted customer care - also nothing , Also contacted there complaints dept - also nothing , can someone who can actually help me sort this **** out ASAP
