Simple Task Not Done
Hi there, I am really not happy with service received from Direct Axis a simple task of requesting a statement ... I sent the request on 01 July 2020 on *** and I did receive acknowledgment from the automated email alerting me that my request will be attended to in 48hours .. its now over 80hours and nothing from Direct Axis .. this is really disappointing .
