Sick and tired of Direct Axis unprofessionalism

Direct Axis can you please start acting like a professional service provider. I have been singing the same song for weeks now. I paid up my loan,even got a settlement letter. All I'm asking for is for you guys to please my profile on all major credit bureaus. I was promised someone would call me but I'm not suprised. I called yesterday and was put in a machine for over an hour. What kind of sick joke is this. Please and I beg please update my profile. I don't understand what could be so difficult to just update that can even take you guys months. I hope this is the last time I'm posting this.
