Shocking & Unprofessional Experience
This is the worst service service ever. I have sent them emails at connections@directaxis on the 30th Dec 2020 informing them that I have changed jobs and now a commission earner and I want to make EFT payments from 31 Jan 2021.
They don’t respond to my email and instead debit my account on the 25th Jan 2021. I called them on the 27th Jan 2021to tell them I will be paying via EFT on the 1st Feb and they debit my account on the 28th Jan 2021. The debit orders are bouncing and causing a negative reflection on my account. I have sent them another email again on the 27th Jan. Very bad and shocking service. I would advise people get loans from banks and not use direct axis. I would like to be contacted. My Ref no: ***
