Shocking service to close accounts

the worst service ever, in fact I would rate the business zero as their customer service has been pretty much non -existend, I have written about 10 emails, called in about 30 times, all I want is for them to close the accounts with Sanlam and Direct Axis, both accounts have been fully paid up and I just need confirmation that these balances are now zero. I am really disappointed that I had to resort to such a public platform to resolve this matter.
