Shocking service
Been waiting since last week to increase me loan with someone promising to phone me back each day. Got promised again today 08:00 still nothing

16 Feb 2021, 15:28So first i receive the quote with premium and so forth and accept it. Then i get a call to say they are just recalculating based on the documents received. I am seriously confused and highly annoyed by now.
