Shocking backward service
Wasted my entire day yesterday with phone calls and sending documents only to be told by the consultant this morning i havent sent documents yet (which i had done yesterday already) and that in fact my application is still being processed when the debi check was already authorized yesterday and i was told yesterday the process had been completed. An hour later and still waiting for a manager to call me!! If i was in the situation i am in needing this loan then i wouldnt have done it!!

16 Jul 2022, 09:17Called the centre yet again after being told i needed to submit additional docs which i was never previously told to do. Have now submitted the additional docs but the agent has no idea why i was told yesterday the application was approved and finalised and a debi check completed yesterday when i am now right back at the beginning. what a fiasco and inept financial institution. Total waste of time.
