Shocking and super disappointing service from Direct Acis Cash Power!!!

I have recently done an online application for you as I did a year ago and was very happy with your services then. My previous loan with you I got paid out with in 2 hours. But this recent application that was not the case at all.

After going thought the online application a gentleman from your offices phone me and completed the online process. I was successfully approved for R87 000. I was so happy because my business recently had huge storm damages and I am waiting o the insurance to sort that out. However my business has to go on and the loan can as a huge relieve. I filed all the documents required however every time I phone there was another issue. I was also told they had all the documents and I would be paid out within 24 -48 hours. This was 9 days ago. Yesterday I was assured that the money will be in my bank account before 5pm and that I was definatly approved for the loan.

So today I phoned just to be told sorry your loan application was declined. What a way to get ones hope up and you make all sorts of arrangements to pay people and then on the end of the day to get told" sorry your application was declined "!!!! Don't tell people you approve them for a loan and guarantee and promise to pay the money when you really just intent to get their hope up and string them along.

I definatly will not be referring anyone to you as your service was absolutely SHOCKING!!!
