Sharing my private information without authorization??

I have a serious problem with these guys! I must warn everyone out there. I was sent a link to get a quote for a Sanlam personal loan. When I responded on the site I clearly ticked the do not share my information button. Then when the called me they also asked me to share my information and I said under recording absolutely not! But immediately after that I started getting flooded with spam on my e-mail?? I just deleted 260 spam messages off there?? This is absolutely not acceptable and I am 100% sure it was them. I communicated with no one else and my e-mail was fine before that! If someone can share how I can actually report them for this I would be obliged! I am furious about this. Use them at your own peril!!
