Settlement Query - Still NO RESPONSE
I would strongly advise against taking a loan from Direct Axis. Despite paying capital for over 10 months, I still have almost the entire amount as a settlement. Try calling them to find out or negotiate. After being on hold for over 25 minutes while they find a supervisor, then being told everyone is in a meeting and when calling back they are too busy.... Needless to say I am still waiting for a response and my settlements letters to be e-mailed to me. They just do not response, and do not try to assist - except when they want you to take out the loan ....
