Settlement letters never arrive
I have phoned five times requesting a settlement letter. Twice they cut me off and then they pass me from one department to another. Then they say they will email it but the email never comes through. I have wasted four days trying to get this information with no joy. Statements are also not sent to the correct postal address which they also not correct either
