Settlement Letter Request - Poor service
I've been trying to get a settlement letter since this morning I've spoken to a few consultants on the following number ***, they all say that they are transferring me to the correct consultant/department – I haven’t spoken to the correct consultant the entire morning.
Called the following number *** few times and still no answer. I’ve tried the website and also created a new profile to get the settlement letter. I’ve sent an email to customer care and I got a reply that they will call me back within 2 working days.
Guys this is really frustrating given that I’ve been a committed client for over 2 years and now that I need assistance for a simple thing there's no one to assist me

24 Jun 2020, 11:59Eventually got the email after phoning numerous times on Monday and Tuesday. I was assisted by Wendy James yesterday and I've since paid up the the account, forwarded the proof of payment. Hopefully i wont struggle to get the paid up letter.
