Settlement letter demand

I am a client for direct axis i have been calling i have been sending emails to get my settlement letter because i want out of debt now i am not getting any help i even run out of options i do not know what to do anymore since i have been taken from pillar to post and other consultants are telling me that i have been sent a letter yet i have not received any i even gave them both of my emails my personal and my work email and now recently i'm told that they cant take my call because they have a high volume of calls please help me peter i want to be debt free i want to close this account but no direct axis wont allow me. my number is ********** i am tired an i need to close this account please help me.
