Settlement Letter

I requested a settlement letter on the 05.09.2019, waited for the letter the whole day did not received it. Only got the letter at 09:52 am on the 06.09.2019. When i checked the letter it reads settlement valid till the 05.09.19 so i can't use it as it has expired already. How do you people work? I just requested another one an hour ago i'm still waiting for it am i gonna wait till tomorrow again only to get it with an expired date like the one i got last week?

Can i have the settlement letter now.
