Settlement amounts goes up instead of down.

Hi<br> O the of 12th June I got a settlement letter for DirectAxiz on my loan and the settlement amount was R12926 and now I called in cos I want to settle this loan this month the amount has gone up. I have budgeted on a lesser amount than the R12926 and now its more, how does that work? Do you not want us to settle our loans?<br> And I agree with others the wait for someone to answer calls is shocking!<br>
