Settlement Amount Request Being Ignored
I have repeatedly requested a settlement figure from over a week ago and have received a request from Direct Axis for a contact number which I gave, although as I pointed out in my first mail for the settlement amount, that I am currently in Austria.<br> <br> I need a settlement figure with bank details and a reference number so that I am able to settle my account.<br> <br> Thanks.
