Settlement Amount Payment
Dealing with DirectAxis is the worst. I don't know how they are still in business. I asked for a settlement amount and finally got it 3 weeks later. Know when I want to make a payment via etf. The account number comes up as Wesbank motor loans and it does not accept the beneficry ref number. I have mailed customer service and complaints , about 80 MAILS , still no response. Do you not want your money.
