SETTLEMENT AMOUNT
Settlement figure is more than outstanding balance. Direct Axis offered to write off interest but now they are reneging upon this and say the offer is no longer valid. Cannot obtain statement from them commencing when the loan was taken out in April 2013. They provide a statement commencing three months later. I would like to settle the account soonest, provided they give me a decent discounted settlement amount.
