Settlement /account not closed!
I settled my loan on 27 February and called them to confirm it was closed but end of March they deducted my money and I called again they said it must be an error they will fix it, its April now they sent a statement that they will deduct while the settlement amount is showing on their statement I am getting horrible attitude when I call I am just being told your account is not close maybe you need to send proof of payment, while the settlement amount is on the statement. I am very disappointed because my previous encounter was good. Please help I don't know what to do anymore.
