Settlement

Good day,<br> <br> I emailed Budget Loans and and Dial Direct they gave me settlement letter on 17 March i paid both account with the full settlement amounts on Saturday, 21 March.<br> <br> I asked for feedback, but then got amount that i still need to pay. To my knowledge if something is settled then i should not pay any amounts. <br> <br> I have been emailing constantly, but get no response. I called thrice waited for 15 mins no answer.<br> <br> I would like to know what is going on.<br> <br> I am disgusted in the pathetic service.<br> <br> <br> <br>
