Settlement

I asked for a settlement amount in December I paid all of it by the 21st of December, I paid the first amount on the 17/12. I asked for another settlement amount of the remaining balance of the 21st of December, and paid via EFT on that same day. On the 23/12 I called in to ask if the amount has fully reflected , of which I was told that it has , and that my loan details will be updated by the end of December. <br> <br> Till today, I still have an amount of R22000 owing, and the loan has not yet updated. And please do not give me the story of waiting for 10 days for your admin department to solve their problems. That's not my problem . I cannot afford to wait for 10 days I need my loan to be updated ASAP and I also want my settlement LETTER. <br> <br>
