Settlement
Hi Nedbank settled my directAxis loan on 17 December 2019, I sent directaxis the special power of attorney document (as instructed by Nedbank) as a proof of payment. Directaxis is refusing to accept this as settlement of the loan. Is there anyone that can assist?
