Settled personal loan but they are still deducting mybmoney

I have settled the loan I took from them but still they are debuting my account. I sent them proof of payment many times and call them but they are so unprofessional. I never missed my installments before now I settled the account is such a chaos I wish I never apply a loan from them this is even affect my credit score because the account shows that is on arrers
