Settled Loan - debit order still went off
I took out a CashPower Loan - its through Wesbank via Direct axis as when i receive the statement its on a Wesbank letterhead but with direct axis as the contact, i took out the loan on the 09 July 2022...i then took out another loan which settled the other loan on the 16 March then i received the balance. On the 24th March they debited my account with an instalment, following that i have corresponded on numerous occasions advising that the monies still went off my account, to date still nothing.
