Settled and closed account still reflecting as an open account with Credit Bureau

Directaxis did not remove my account on the credit bureau after i settled their money instead it keeps dropping my score as is it appears as an open account which is in areas. I settled their money in June 2022. i launched a complaint with Credit Bureau and thy said they will await the direction from Directaxis as i had provided the proof of settlement but up to now nothing has happened and this affects my credit scoring every month.
