Settled account, still they are debiting my account
I had an account with DirectAxis, Over two weeks I asked for settlement amount to which they responded to in a letter. I subsequently paid the full settlement amount.
To my surprise, at month end (today), they have debited my account with a full monthly repayment (R1,898). Very Strange!! What is this for?? Theft of highest order.
