Settled Account but still being debited and blacklisted

In June 2022 i settled my load with Direct axis and received a paid up letter but in July and months they debited my bank account again through their attorneys Hammond and Pole Attorneys. i am struggling to get my money back but what is so worse is for them to list me on credit bureau as having missed payments and that led to me loosing 34 points on my scoring. when i try to engage them its either they say they will come back to me or avoid me completely by making me hold the line for an hour until the line goes off itself. Charne' at Direct axis made me to ho;d the line for more than 30 minutes and i could not get anyone until i dropped the phone at Pinkie Legoro and Thabiso Phala at Hammond pole attorneys has been avoiding me yet they are the ones who are responsible for this account.
