Service is exceptionally great

Direct axis works outside the law. For some great reason they decide to deduct from my account as well as my wifes account. Apart from a double debit. Going into my wifes account with out her giving authorization and taking money is not right and not legal. I call into the call center to find out whats happening. 3 different occasions, the consultanta answer the call and keep me on mute untill i drop the call or run out f airtime. They are useless and have no business ethicate.
