**** service from direct axis
This is the worst customer service I have ever received. You hold on forever, and no one answer the phone. If the phone is answered eventually the the call gets cut and no one calls back. I have beem waiting for 3 weeks to get a paid up letter. Really **** service.

22 Nov 2021, 15:00The issue was escelated 3 times already. How is this going to resolve the issue and the fact that I am waiting for a paid up letter? My debit order is also double this month because of the additional loan, which I cancelled but the money was still paid into my account.
