Good day, the service received from Direct axis is the baddest service ever. To date a refund still hasnt been received, Babalwa, Ismail and Kaashiefa has worked on the account, they has advised that it will take 5-7 working days which is over already. still no response, i have been contacting the numbers made available no answer. why is it so difficult to pay back the money
