Got n miss call from a cape town number. Called number back it was direct axis with regards to my installment they didnt receive. I asked did you change bank details as you were informed last month to do. The person is chewing something in my ear and sounds like death. Definately not enjoying her job. Now they want to charge me but they didnt not following instructions. This is not fair to me as a customer as they were notified of change. I want the normal debit to go off and not a cent more.
