Sequestration and Rehabilitation Complaint

After numerous attempts from the ITC Clearing company I appointed and myself Wesbank and Direct Axis are of no assistance in helping to remove themselves from my credit score.

They did supply me with letters confirming that all accounts have been closed "We hereby confirm that the debt outstanding formed part of the insolvent estate that has been finalised and can confirm that your account is closed"

I have asked them numerous to please forward this information to all credit bureaus as Experian and TransUnion suggests it comes from the creditors directly. They eventually responded with:

"We hereby acknowledge receipt of your request and we would like to apologise for the delayed response.

We have escalated the matter to the relevant department once feedback is received same will be provided to you."

Please can you make this a priority and assist me by removing Wesbank *8240 & Direct Axis *5388 and clear my name on all credit bureaus as I am already rehabilitated and any information reflecting that money is owed and false and incorrect.
