******** you to take an additional loan!!

I have a current loan with DirectAxis. I have been a loyal client with never missed a payment. I've paid 50% of this loan to date and cannot wait for the day I pay my last payment. To loan an amount and pay double back on interest is insane... On Monday DirectAxis contacted me to offer me another loan which I didn't want, I have enough dept as it is. My current outstanding capital amount is R45 500 over the remaining 36 months. The sales person from DirecAxis gave me an Idea to settle my current loan by offering me R46000/R47000 over 24 months with a 0.05% less interest than my current loan. The catch is that they cannot settle their own account, DirectAxis pays the money into your bank account and then I have to settle my current loan with DirecAxis. The sales guy phoned me again on my way home to finalize the new loan. The offer I approved was for R47000 capital amount. This is the only amount that we have discussed, which I approved. I have noticed about an hour after our conversation that my bank account was credited with R24000. The next morning I contacted DirecAxis to try and resolve this confusion but they told me I accepted the offer of R24000 and if I want to pay the money back I have to get a settlement amount and I have to pay R1000 transaction fee which is added to the total capital amount. During this conversation, the lady placed me on hold for about 5minutes en then dropped the call so I had to phone back AGAIN and start from scratch. The only reason I accepted this loan was to shorten my current loan's payment duration from 36 to 24 months. I have sent two e-mail to Nicky Hill with no response. I have contacted DirecAxis twice this afternoon to get this sorted out with no joy thus far. I had been in the queue for more than 25minutes and still no answers. The first customer service agent had me on hold for more than 5 minutes when my phone died. I phoned back again waiting in the queue for another 10minutes before some assisted me. The lady ensured me that according to their system the TeamLeader is currently listening to the recordings and I will have to wait to be contacted. According to the National Credit Act, I have a 7-30 day cooldown period where you are allowed to cancel any agreement. This sure looks to me as if DirectAxis is playing for time. Please take the R24000 back out of my account or I will pay via EFT. I do not want another ridiculously expensive loan. I want to settle my current loan as soon as possible. Today is Friday and if I don't get feedback by the end of Business on Monday the 05/03/2018 and a solution to this ISSUE then I will be consulting with my lawyer. My patience has run out, just take your R24000 back and cancel the debit order.
