I called in months ago to find out my outstanding balance ( i was told R260 something ) of which i paid in full ( plus change to make sure i have a 0 balance ) , Only to find out there was STILL a further outstanding balance of R364 . If you are desperate enough to need a loan , do NOT go through this company , they will do whatever they can to ***** as much money as they can from you , they even argued with me that i did NOT have Covid relief and was in arreas , only after i proved I DID , they had no choice but to delete THAT total . They will harass you daily and make your life hell .
