****MED from internally

I have requested banking details to make an eft payment on my personal loan, i received the banking detail via email that is exactly the same as the department of Direct axis. Now only to find out that the payment i made was done into someones personal bank account. I tried to recall the payment only to get the persons details and for her to tell me she doenst have the money anymore. I contacted direct axis and all I got was sorry mam we don't deal with this personal loans anymore (its a first for women loan) please contact them your self, but hey I got this loan through you. Is there anyway that i can move forward with this legally as this is an internal threat for Direct axis and it is as if they just don't give a damn about their customers. I am shocked that it is so easy fro people to **** us and take our money and no one does anything about it
