A direct axis employee gave me an account number (*** branch code 250655) telephonically. I deposited an amount of R2 900 on the 20th August 2021. I followed up with an amount of R 3 100 on the 21st September 2021( Acc number ***). Now Direct Axis claims that they have not received the above amounts and these are not traceable. I am in arrears on this personal loan and being threatened with legal action. Please help me to resolve this matter.
