Pathetic excuse for a company. I have been trying for over a month to obtain a settlement letter for the account ***. Emails and phone calls go unanswered. If i do miraculously get through then i am transferred to a department that either has no idea what's going on or no one answers. I am sick and tired and am going to pursue legal action. How can a company be that disfunctional that they cannot even provide a simple settlement letter.
