SAY NO THANK YOU TO DIRECT AXIS LOANS

My Advise To ALL IS DO NOT TAKE OUT ANY LOANS WITH THEM!

Here is my Reason why I will SAY NO THANK YOU TO 10 MILLION RAND offered FROM Direct Axis!!

Direct Access Staff’s Bluntness & Rudeness toward the customer DOES NOT LEAVE ME SHOCKED BECAUSE it happens ALL THE TIME. Even though reported & surveys completed regarding the BAD SERVICE, NOTHING SUCCUMBS!! One will swear they, the STAFF Are Doing You The CUSTOMER A FAVOUR!

My list is way to long to put in writing and I am very sure there are many frustrated, disgruntled Customers out there sitting with similar complaints:

A few examples below:

After payment/debit order has been made, I would receive a call from their staff member/s who cannot communicate in English, having me repeating myself! The Majority Cannot liaise in English.

I gave up contacting DA because when contact is made, one is put on hold, then Transferred to different departments! After two weeks, when they eventually realize the ERROR IS ON THEIR SIDE, I would be contacted by Management apologizing saying the matter would be seen to BUT THE SICKENING ISSUE HAS BECOME MONOTONOUS FOR THE PAST YEAR!

After the never ending conversation (Thank goodness it’s not my money wasted, I would still be charged interest for a payment that had been made) SICKENING ******!!!!

Employ a professional recruiter to assist with employing decent & responsible staff to deal with Customers in a courteous manner!

If this persists, MY Debit Order will be CANCELLED. I do not NEED LOANS!

P.s. Mr. Manager, REMEMBER IT IS THANKS TO ALL CUSTOMERS , THAT YOU & STAFF INCLUDING YOUR FAMILIES ARE SITTING WITH FOOD IN FRONT OF YOU!

I will definitely be canceling this month!
