Sanlam/Direct Axis - pathetic customer care
Its most disappointing that I have to resort to writing this review as I have called the call centre a minimum of 6 times and emailed them twice to no avail. They are quick to give you a loan but when you pay your loan off and need a settlement letter - there is a waiting period of 3-5 days and even then you don't receive anything and no one can help! this is ridiculous!
