I took out a loan with the above mentioned ppl,i had retrenchment cover with Credit Life,in 2018 i got retrenched,faxed all neccessary documents to them,got informed that i was only cover for half the amount and i will be liable for the remaining balance.I've sent numerous emails asking for recordings with consultant i spoke to when talking out the retrenchment cover,people be extra careful of these so called corporate companies(Sanlam)the owners of Direct Axis,Credit Life,they just professional ***** and *******,be very careful of taking out anything with.
