Sanlam Personal Loans / DirectAxis - one and the same

In March 2023 I app**** for a personal loan at Sanlam Personal loans which turned out to be DirectAxis.

In September DirectAxis decided unilaterally to take the payment 5 days earlier which put my account in arrears for R5.

In January 2024 I queried it as it came up on my credit record making me a high risk

On 27 February 2024 I received a letter for DirectAxis showing them as Sanlam Personal Loans that I am not in Arrears.

I requested feedback on 5 March 2024 and have had no response to date even though they claim that the turnaround time is 24 - 48 hours.

Today I paid the final installment and my credit record still shows that I am a high risk as I am R6 in arrears.
