Sanlam DirectAxis exploit customers
Direct Axis ignores my request for a loan settlement amount and details on settling the loan amount. Been sending mail since 3 February. They send me blank attachments ( I do have PDF reader installed); and lie about having sent me mail with the real attachments containing the loan settlement quotation. I reported this to the National Credit Regulator, and the National Consumer Tribunal but received no support. Please help!

An error did occur in our system that caused some customers to receive blank documents, we've now fixed the issue. You'll have the documents resent to you within 48 hours and they will be visible.
