Sanlam CCD

I have an a loan account with the Sanlam Credit solutions department which I settled and requested a refund of the credit balance. I have submitted all that I was told to but nothing is happening. It is very difficult to get ahold of them and no one actually replies to the SanlamCCD mailbox. I am very dissapointed as it was even hard to get a statment of the account.
