Samkelisiwe with bad attitude sies

i called direct axis to get a settlement letter as i wanted to payoff my account,the lady who assisted me was very rude and had a stinking attitude.She had given me the wrong settlement amount and had i paid that money in my account would still not be settled,and she gave me some lame explanation.Her name is Samkelisiwe and she refused to give me her surname saying she was uncomfortable with giving it out.Talk about bad service after paying this loan i am never going back to these people no matter how desperate i am.
