WHAT IS USTOMER SERVICE ??
Something new to this company, clearly .... After being ****med out of R1860 and going to the police, spending 2 hours at the station to get a statement and other paper work as per their instructions, not being able to send it on to ANY of their email addresses and all the mailboxes are full and then loading it onto Facebook as I got ONE response form them ... I am still waiting on ANY FORM OF FEEDBACK .... I was promised clear feedback after submitting my case etc. I have been calling and emailing like a crazy person and still getting nothing ...

16 Nov 2021, 15:04I have been told that someone will be in touch with me for 2 weeks now and no one has contacted me. Yes someone has imitated your brand and promised me money ... who is now going to reimburse me??? A person named AKON called me 2 weeks ago and explained the process I need to follow in order to get my money back .. I did that, I got all the paper work and made a ******** case against this person but DIRECT AXIS banking details were given and I paid that money over, I should be refunded in full !! Please contact me accordingly, you have my contact information.
